To start the process we need some information about your safe. We will then need information about you, to confirm your ownership and to provide this service.
We May Need To Verify Your Identity
For you and your safe's security, we may use an identity verification service (ExpectID®) to verify your identity. This is an added security measure to confirm ownership of your safe.
This website is only for customers in Canada. Customers in the contiguous United States should visit our U.S. website. Customers in Europe should visit our European website. If you live in another area, please contact customer service.
Process And Costs
Once your order has been received, it can take up to 7–10 business days for processing before your replacement key is mailed to you. All replacement orders are non-refundable.

Enter your legal name as it appear on your government-issued ID.
Do not include titles like Dr., Mrs., etc.
Enter your current address. Please include a space between the street number and street name.
